Frequently asked questions
Still in doubt? Find the answers here.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and then automatically switches to the free Explorer plan. Your account and data are kept.
Why do I need to verify my identity to sell?
To protect buyers against fraud, we verify every seller once with an identity document and a selfie. We do not keep a copy of your document ourselves, only the result of the check.
How can I pay?
Online payment with Bancontact, credit card and other common methods will be available soon.
Is the Explorer plan really free?
Yes, with no end date and no payment details. You register and can get started right away.
